Located on the north east coast of Vancouver Island in Port McNeill, BC, the family owned and operated North Island Marina is known as the "gateway to the Broughton Archipelago". North Island Marina is a gated marina and offers transient moorage for yachts up to 285'. The full service marina and fuel dock offers convenient in-berth fueling, a marine chandlery retail service, potable water, power ranging from 30A to 100A three phase, courtesy vehicles, and a social patio with a custom 10ft stainless bbq. Yacht care programs for extended stays are also available. A marine chandlery retail service with propane is located at the top of the dock along with a laundromat. Bait and ice are on-site as well as soft drinks and snacks.
The marina is walking distance to restaurants, bars, pubs, boutique shops, a liquor store, a grocery store and a post office. Florist, hair stylists, and a drug store are a short 5 minute walk away. Plenty of dock carts are available for boater's convenience and the local IGA grocery store will come collect their carts at the end of the day.
Licensed mechanics are available and work closely with the marina. Yacht club and rendezvous packages are available. Whale watching tours and fishing charters run off the dock and daily scheduled flights leaving the dock make it most convenient to get home in a hurry!
