Victoria Hand Project is a unique program based here in BC that provides prosthetic arms to amputees in-need worldwide.

By harnessing the power of 3D printing technology combined with traditional, tried-and-true methods familiar to local clinicians, their prosthetic arms are delivered to amputees in-need across the world.

By harnessing the power of 3D printing technology combined with traditional, tried-and-true methods familiar to local clinicians, our prosthetic arms are delivered to amputees in-need across the world.

They provide an end-to-end solution, allowing for independent, on-site manufacturing of prosthetic devices and servicing in local clinics. This strengthens existing healthcare systems, expanding the capacity of clinics so they can help more people, faster.

Recipients can better confront the physical, social, and emotional challenges of daily life. They can regain independence, improve their body image, and face less stigma. A functional prosthetic arm may also help gain and retain meaningful employment, breaking a cycle of poverty. For many, it is second chance at life.
